A deposit of £350 is required to cover search fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion.
Additional Costs
While our fixed fees cover most aspects of your transaction, there are additional charges for certain services:
- Dealing with a mortgage: £200
- Leasehold property transactions: £250
- Help to Buy purchases: £250
- New build properties: £300
Disbursements
These are third-party costs we pay on your behalf, such as:
- Telegraphic transfer fees (£20 + VAT)
- Land Registry fees
- Searches (e.g., local authority, environmental, water and drainage) (these vary by local authority but are typically about £300)
- ID verification fees (£20 + VAT)
- Indemnity insurance
