how to fix a slow phone: There are many factors that can slow donw your phone. If your phone is slow, try resetting your phone by switching it off and on again. Check for updates for your phone. This can be accessed in the settings and typing in the search bar 'updates'. Find the 'software update' for Iphone or 'system update' for Android. If a specific app is slow, check if the app needs to update by going into the play store, entering the app name and finding if it needs to update or close the apps that you aren't using. To do this on Iphone, swipe up on the menu and swipe away all the applications which aren't needed. On android, click on the ico on the bottom which looks like '|||' and either swipe away the application or press 'clear all'.

how to transfer data to a new phone: Using a devices-specific app to transfer the data. Apps such as samsung smart switch and other apps could help you transfer all the necessary data to your other phone. Another way of transferring data is to direct USB connection. Plug into the computer using the charger. Check 'file explorer' to find the phone and open the phone file. Copy the 'document' file and store it. Safely unplug yopur old phone and plug in your new phone. Paste the 'document' file into the new phone. Do not uplug when its transferring. This may cause a file corruption.

How to factory reset a phone: This means that everything on the phone will be wiped off. This is an irrevesible action. All the data will be lost if you factory reset. To reset a phone, login into the phone and go to settings. For andriod: Find the 'system' tab and click on it. Find the 'reset options' and click on it as well as clicking on 'erease all data'. Enter your password if needed. This should take a few minutes. For Apple: Find the 'general' tab and then find the 'transfer or reset'. Enter your password for your apple ID and confirm to erase all data. This will take a few minutes to reset.
