The Contract Upload Automation project is a Python-based solution designed to streamline and semi-auotmate the process of uploading drug contracts to the All Wales Hospital Pharmacy System (WHPSMS). It provides an automated and efficient way to manage and import contract information, saving time and reducing manual errors. Features:
Contract Data Extraction:
The system allows users to upload contract documents in the xlsx format. Utilizes python library Openpyxl to extract relevant information from the contract files by NWSSP. Extracted data includes contract details like main supplier number, honouring supplier numbers, EAN Codes, pricing and contract dates.
Data Validation and Formatting:
Formats the extracted contract data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
