My name is Abi and I'm 21 years old. I started to become a keen baker during the pandemic when I was finding things to do in my spare time. Before this, I found myself baking on the rare occasion, although this would always seem to be plain cakes. I now enjoy experimenting with different recipes that I find online, in baking books or even from some old family recipes - sometimes experimenting with my own twist!
I have always enjoyed baking and even chose cookery as one of my course options in Comprehensive School. Although, after leaving school I haven't found as much time to do it as often.
I have learnt many skills from all my trials and they've definitely become a big HIT with my family and friends!
