Reflect on a situation you you have in where there was a miscommunication .What happened ?What was the effect of the Miscommunication ?What have you learned.
The situation was working with a colleague as a Retail Security Guard .A male entered the store .The male had a bag walked through the aisle selected loads of high value items and conceal them in his bag that he was holding .I communicated with my colleague about this male but I did nott give him any description of the male .The male left the store that was conceal in his bag .My colleague stop another male with a bag whom he taught was the male I was talking about . Due to the fact that I never gave him the description of the male in the first place and did not inform him that the male is leaving the store without paying for the goods he conceal in his bag.
The male that was wrongly stopped and accused complained to The Manager. The matter got investigated. The store apologises on behave of my colleague because my colleague was found wrong. My colleague lost his Job and I got removed from that Position. That was Miscommunication.
I have learned next time to communicated with my colleague.
