TaxBand	Class representing a tax band Tax band here includes the description and then linkes to the prices in another 'TaxRate' entity.
TaxBandDTO	DTO for the TaxBand class. Identical other than the taxRateValues being a Map of String, Double rather than nested TaxRate objects.
TaxBandRepo	Repository class linked to tax bands for setting the endpoints to be exposed to the client and calling the service class to handle requests.
