London
London has a great sence and atmosphere for amature musicians with pubs doing regular open mic nights and coffee shops allowing short sessions.
While you're not playing music there is also a lot to do around London, from sights such as:

Amsterdam
Amsterdam is such a beautiful place and they welcome amature musicians as if they are popstars. Folk music is the most enjoyed in Amsterdam, which with a ukulele can produce excellent sound playing for this style of music.
Coffee shops are sometimes even willing to pay you as the musician to play a set. This is not always the case.

Paris
Paris has such an extrodinary history and I have no doubt that you will not run out of things to do & see on your visit. Busking usually is the option choice for travellers visiting Paris and you will find plenty of street performers around the Parc de Belleville.

Berlin
Berlin is another city with a beautiful setting and welcoming people. The main tourist attractions to see here are:

Bologna
Bologna has such a chilled vibe where life feels like it moves at a snails pace. Considered to be one of the most beautiful places to visit in Italy it is also quite inexpensive as it is also a university town.
Ukulele players have found these cities to have more of a warming welcome.
