The city of Whyvonia, quiet, secluded, safe. Three individuals would arrive on the shore of this city on this faithful day and their lives altered forever. The first of these was Hyon Rush, an optimistic fellow. The second, Kalista Creed, calm cool and collected and also Lyari Skycrew, loud and energetic. When they arrived at Whyvonia the Mayor greeted them and immediatly toook notice that they were not familiar with the laws of the city and that magic of all kinds had been banned long ago. Adapting to not being able to cast magic without getting a warrent for your arrest was difficult especially since the party of three was so used to implimenting magic in their every day lives. The Mayor appoints his right hand Gregor Kulenov to accompany the trio instructing him to ensure the use of magic is not commited. Gregor did just that. Gregor and Hyon became two peas in a pod, Hyon already began winding Gregor up by calling him "Tour Guide" the entire time. Eventually Gregor tells Hyon a secret of his that the mayor is keeping his wife and children locked in a cellar until his debt is repaid. Gregor informs Hyon that the debt is never repaid and that the mayor always makes more rules as to why the debt needs to increase. Together they plan a break in to the Mayor's home to rescue Gregor's wife and kids.
Gregor and Hyon disguised themselves as guards to infiltrate the Mayor's home however they were eventually confronted by the head of the guards who realised that the two did not walk in the correct manner. Hyon spoke up to pursuade the guard that they were checking on a noise they heard, the guard recognised that Hyon's accent was not that of Whyvonian decent and drew his weapon in retaliation. The duo struck him down and stole his keys. They unlocked the door to the cellar and went down to the cell which should have contained Gregor's family. But in their place was a man with a leather mask. He introduced himself as Anthony Maske. He then pulled out a deck of cards to the duo and said "pick a card, any card". Hyon took a card without hesitation. Hyon dissapeared. Anthony tells Gregor that he has placed Hyon in another room in the mansion. Gregor looks around and casts detect magic in order to find where Hyon was located. They were annoyed that they couldn't find Gregor's family and decided to leave. On their way out Hyo tripped over a lever which opened a secret door in the ground. Gregor and Hyon looked inside and all of a sudden were pushed inside. after a small fall down they see Gregor's family. the reunion was short lived however as two water elementals form in front of them and the duo immediatly start working on tearing them down. Hyon uses ice based magic to encase the elementals in a block of ice. Gregor's family were safe but Gregor was now a wanted criminal.
The group seek refuge with a man the locals call Whim. Whim informs them that elementals curse the island and that if the walls of crystals around the city aren't maintained it leaves the city open to attack. The group of Hyon, Gregor, Kalista, Lyari go hurry to fix the walls. It however was too late, fire elementals had already began breaking in and setting the forest on fire. Aust (a monk) who lived in the forest was furious that the elementals had destroyed his home and began to attack them all. The group tied Aust up and ran back to the main city holding Aust instead. They informed Whim of the situation and Whim only has one last solution. The group could enter a portal and defeat a mysterious entity inside who cursed the island, Whim was too old to do it himself and deeed the group worthy of the challenge. They emerged victorious. However what seemed like only a 10 minuet fight to the group was actually 3 months in Whyvonia. In that time everyone was given funerals and a statue in their honor for bravery and courage. Whim presented everyone with parting gifts. To Gregor, a sword of flames. To Hyon, a cape that can be used to teleport once a day and to Kalista, a dragon, a baby dragon.
Aust was still furious about his forest being burnt to the ground but Hyon tells Aust that home is where you make it. Aust quicly dismissed the idea. Gregor asks if Aust would lie to make us hish ome and travel with eachother. Aust asks if we have a group name and Hyon quickly adds "The Singularity Order" which he made on the spot. Throughout the life cycle of The Singularity Order, they defeated a corrupted mayor who has fused with a fiend, a freak with a mask, large encampments of bandits, an evil magician and one or two demi-gods. Almost everyone knew of The Singularity Order. The Order would gain and lose members thoughout their year of existing whilst only keeping two members permanantly (Aust and Hyon) but even with this fact in place, they were a team to be worried of if you ever saw yourself on the opposite end of an attack.
A year later from the day of the formation of The Singularity Order would be their final task. Many Gods had begane to work together in order to prevent the health of the planet by destroying the tree of life's core. The only way to fix this core is a sacrifice of another person. Daeleth nominated himself to be the sacrifice. After a long meeting with the gods and an oppertunity to meet Hyon's family legacy they were tasked with entering the tree of life and escorting Daeleth to the core safely. Taro came close to being beaten early on in the task as he teleported a dragon and himself into another plane of existance, then managed to dodge an attack by the dragon and got far enough away that he could teleport right back without bringing the dragon with him. The final fight against a demi-God Azu commences, but fortunaly Aust manages to restrain him a few times and Taro is able to use divine magic to relly beat down the enemy. In the end, Daeleth sacrifices himself to protect the world, Hyon goes on to become a champion of his family liniage, Taro goes on to reconstruct the temples of Tempass which were destroyed to to other world ending disasters. Aust went on to create a school for Monks where he would train the next generation of heroes he called "The New Singularity Order"
