The retail sector or businesses faced = some kind of challenges and issues within developing the motivation and performance of their employees. Therefore, there is sug= gestion of some of strategies which helps in increasing the employee=E2=80= =99s performance and stated as:

=E2=80=A2 Es= tablish continuous performance feedback and coaching systems to offer employees along with directions and support regarding for enhancing their skills and deter= mining areas of enhancement. Such develops a culture of ongoing expansion a= nd learning (Moura, 2021).
=E2=80=A2 Pr= ovide opportunities regarding for employees to develop their career in the busin= ess with the help of training programs, skill enhancement workshops, and me= ntorship strategies. Offering an effective direction regarding for developm= ent can inspire employees to perform along with their best capability towards the success of the business.
