Everything below is roasted in Whitcombe-on-Sea within the last fourteen days. Origin lots rotate as harvests change through the year; our three house blends stay fixed so they taste the same however you buy them.
Single Origins — this month's lots
Huila, Colombia
Washed caturra, grown at 1,750m by the Vereda La Palma cooperative. Bright and clean, with red apple and brown sugar notes.
Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia
Natural-process heirloom varietals from smallholders around Gedeb. Floral and berry-forward, with a winey, syrupy body.
Cerrado, Brazil
Pulped-natural yellow bourbon from a family farm we've bought from since 2019. Nutty, chocolatey, and low in acidity.
Kirinyaga, Kenya
Washed SL28/SL34 from the Kiangoi factory. Blackcurrant acidity and a firm, tea-like structure typical of the region.
House Blends
Three fixed recipes, re-roasted every week to the same specification regardless of which origin lots are in season.

Single-origin lots are priced individually between £9.00 and £12.50 per 250g depending on the lot; current prices are confirmed at checkout and change as harvests rotate.
Brewing at home
Filter / V60
16g coffee to 250ml water, ground medium-fine, 2:30–3:00 total brew time. Best for our lighter single origins.
Cafetière
15g coffee to 250ml water, coarse grind, 4 minutes before plunging. Suits Lighthouse Dark particularly well.
Espresso
18g in, 36g out over 28–32 seconds. Quayside Blend is developed specifically with milk-based drinks in mind.
