Hi Catherine

My fault – I should have double checked the scheduleL

Are you able to work around a hand in date of the 10^th January? From experience you will be able to mark these in approx 4 and a half hours. I could them give them back to the students on the 17^th of Jan with an offer to contact you directly if there are any queries on comment or mark? We normally only get queries from those who do not meet the requirements. This would mean that you only need to come in to drop the assignments off to me.

If the above is OK – can you please inform the students this week – so there are no late surprises. This makes sense on the basis that we started a week earlier than planned and therefore the assignment hand in is a week earlier.

I've scheduled the original dates that you gave me, working on a hand in date in Dec and marking by 2nd week Jan? I've got other commitments from 21st Jan with a lot of preparation so this will be very tight for me. I was hoping to have all this completed by 12th- 17th Jan. Please let me know if there's any flexibility on these dates.

The forms look comprehensive so I'm not sure what additional verbal feedback I could give, but again I wouldn't be available after 21st.Jan.

I have my slides ready for next week and will attempt to upload them

Subject: Confirmation of Hand in date for the CIPD Assignment

Hi Cath

17^th of January is the hand in date for your assignment. This is to accommodate the Christmas break.

As discussed feedback to students needs to be in a uniformed fashion i.e. typed up using a form that links questions and feedback to learning outcomes. I have attached the template for you to use with each student.

Would you be able to come in for approximately 30 mins on the 7/2/13 at 12pm in order to provide feedback to students on their assignments? This will give you 3 weeks to mark after hand in?

Can you please let me know and I will schedule in?
