EXAMPLE MAPPING FOR A BOOK CATALOGUE
These are example names only. Create the corresponding database first.

Website role          Your SQL name
tables.items          books
tables.categories     genres
tables.locations      shelves
items.id              book_id
items.title           book_title
items.description     synopsis
items.amount          price
items.available       in_stock
items.category_id     genre_id
items.location_id     shelf_id
categories.id         genre_id
categories.name       genre_name
locations.id          shelf_id
locations.name        shelf_name

In settings.php, edit the RIGHT-HAND values only. For example:
    'items' => 'books',
    'title' => 'book_title',
    'category_id' => 'genre_id',

Then change visitor labels: Workshops to Books, Workshop to Book, Subject
to Genre, Venue to Shelf, Places available to In stock.
These are settings edits, not replacements across every PHP file.

YOUR OWN VERSION
Name your business and intended users.
Identify what users will browse and search.
Choose two meaningful lookup tables and state their relationships.
Design the keys and constraints, then make realistic sample data.
Record each mapping before changing settings.php.
