Upstyx is a small professional conveyancing company that prides itself on giving a gold standard to the quality of service we provide. We have been a family run business for 9 years, initially helping close friends to sell their properties and then later to expanding our service through social media.
As we continued to assist even landlords through word of mouth, we believed it would be best to take our platform online to provide our service to a larger demographic of those who use the internet for conveyancing consultancy. We hoped to spread our professional help further this way as we believe we can improve the experience for both parties the pleasure of selling and buying property for the first time.
Although we have our base of operations located in Cross Hands, we extend our service much farther than the local area as we have listing from the likes of Builth and Llandrindod Wells. We guarentee an expert opinion on the estimated price of your property, and we confirm this against other going prices in similar areas and living situations.
