Hello. My name is Adrian Stefan Spanache and from the beginning of my years , when  just 12 year old  i started to work  on manual handling, sometimes even heavy lifting ,  I wasn't scared of hard work  .   
 After I graduated my high school ( 12 years  school )  was the time for me  to go into the military    
Being a bit scared of the army itself I chose to apply to Tourism Geography  ,but unfortunately i didn't pass the exam with just  a bit so  i applied to Industrial engineering .
Being the fact that the lack of money at that point was the idea that i will have to work so I started on a bar ,nice one , i enjoy it but after one year I want more money and something more and i start on a siderurgic combinat in my city , was so big second one on europe , at that point i was gaining like 200 E a good strat for my life . During my stay there my mom went to work in italy and when she found a job there for me  I departed to italy as it was a better  ,improved life .
I've stayed there to work for 8 years , started as a security on a beautiful beauty center    that was my first job there ,believe it or not it changed my life , and even more at some point I wanted to make more money , so Ive go to work on a beach  overthere i was taking like 800 -1000 regards to 500  so was a big step . Being a Romanian in Italy is not so easy to hasle I was so good that The best beach hired me as the only romanian on  it and I was proud  that I was taking 1100 -1400 monthly .For a romanian there was  GOOD , and even so I learn english from second grade basically is my second language ,and believe me  my Italian Is so good …. 
 At some point the fact that I didn't have a contract makes it obvious that I have to have a reliable job paying all taxes ,you will never be young    ,the future is important . I've tried to go to Australia but the visa problem was hard , England was in the same position .
When  Uk open  jobs for Us . I had a  friend that told me to come to manchester. It was a new life for me . Housekeeping was the job , something new . New life,all new.  Being under romanian  agency  , and  knowing the facts  and not trusting  them, I decided with no other alternatives to return to Romania. After  2 weeks I had the opportunity to return to the UK in a Food factory working  even now.  Inside the factory I had  different positions , english language being an advantage , hard worker as well.
  My experience in the hotel was so nice that a friend of mine told me about this course in order to learn much more and  do much more ,plus we expect our second child , so big responsibility for me as i don't want my wife to work anymore  . It will be a huge step for me but I'm willing to  go forward .
