Common Questions

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekends and evenings. However, we do accept walk-ins when availability allows. For lash extensions and packages, booking at least 48 hours ahead is advised.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless payments. We also accept gift vouchers purchased from Blossom Beauty & Nails.

With proper care, gel manicures typically last 2-3 weeks without chipping. Acrylic extensions require infills every 2-3 weeks as your natural nails grow. We're happy to advise on aftercare to help your nails last as long as possible.

Yes! We love hosting hen parties, birthday celebrations, and pamper days for groups. For parties of 4 or more, please contact us directly to discuss packages and availability. We can also arrange Prosecco and nibbles for special occasions.
