Owner.
Sets the vision, makes financial decisions and keeps the cafeteria going.

General Manager.
Runs daily operations, manages staff and suppliers, and keeps everything compliant and efficient.

Supervisor.
Leads the shift, support staff, solve customer issues and keeps service smooth.

Kitchen Staff.
Cook meals following hygiene rules, and keep food fresh and ready.

From of House Team.
Serve customers, run tills manage queues, and keep the space welcoming.

Barista.
Make drinks, keep the station clean, and help FOH when busy.

Health and Safety Coordinator.
Checks safety, trains staff, and keeps all safety records up to date. This will be done by the General Manager.

Quality Control Assistant.
Check food freshness, temperatures, all allergen info to keep standards high. This will be done by the General Manager.

Human Resources.

Handles hiring, training, and schedules; this will be done by the General Manager

Facilities.

Keeps equipment and the space safe, clean, and working; this will be overseen by the General Manager.

Suppliers and Contractors.

Provide ingredients and services; managed by the General Manager to keep deliveries and maintenance on time.
