1-Data Storage:
There can be more than one form of storage for extra security and redundancy
Cloud Storage: Susceptible to be compromised to dependence to reliable internet connection constantly.
Physical data Storage: Vulnerable to physical attacks and data storage;
solution: Set a separate backup power source, limit physical access to location where the data is secured. Possess reliable internet connection.

2- Security Goals:
Confidentiality: Stablishing an accessibility hierarchy for all the internal assets.
Integrity: Stablish backup system, for data storage protection.
Availability: make accessible for all relevant users according to their access level and hierarchy and limit access to outsider.

3-Appropriate security measures
Policy: Stablish the rules of use
Technology: Have the right technologic measures to secure and access data. And use compatible pieces of technology to avoid vulnerabilities.
Education: Train, guide the students and all relevant internal staff how to use the system.
