firstly we need to identify the job analysis that involves examining the activities, responsibilities and roles that involve with the job question, after the job analysis is completed it will be crafted. Job description is a document which outline the duties and responsibilities associated with a particular job. we need Person specification that outlines the physical and mental attributes that are required for a particular job. examples of PS: knowledge, aptitude, experience, intelligence, personality, physical appearances.

As telecommuting interview has advantages such as, reducing travelling, cost-efficient, and helps much interviews done within some limited space and time. However, there are disadvantages involve online interview. Some of the disadvantages are potential risk of safety and confidentiality, disruption of loss of internet connection and the lack of direct interaction between the interviewer and the interviewee. Therefore, the HR Specialist has to ensure to comply with recruitment online interview policies to safeguard the company and the candidates Data Protection regulations and rules.

When an organization want to to fill the vacancy in the company the following necessary steps are important in recruiting the right candidate for the right job.
Firstly, the HRM needs to discover the Job Analysis of the position of employment. Secondly, the Job Analysis should be written down to explain the role and responsibility as Job Description. Thirdly, the Person specification which outlines the knowledge, Skills and behavior that are required a particular job and then advertise the job title. Finally, the HRM invites the candidates for interview to select the potential employee who is competent and efficient and suitable for the Job.
