&lt;p&gt;Responsible for managing the whole business. This includes planning, decision-making, and making sure the salon is profitable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Managing finances (pricing, budgeting, paying staff)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Marketing and promoting the salon&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hiring and supervising staff&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Making sure health and safety rules are followed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Solving problems and handling customer complaints&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Owner makes the final decisions and ensures the salon maintains high standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; Receptionist&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Manages the front desk and is usually the first person clients speak to. This role is very important for customer service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Booking and confirming appointments&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;

&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Taking payments&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Keeping client records organised&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The receptionist helps the salon stay organised and professional.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lash Technician&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Provides eyelash extension services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consulting with clients about the style they want&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Applying eyelash extensions&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Performing refills and removals&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Following hygiene and safety procedures&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Advising clients on aftercare&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Brow Technician&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;focuses on eyebrow services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Shaping and tinting eyebrows&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Performing brow lamination&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Advising clients on suitable brow styles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Beautician &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Provides facial and skincare treatments.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
