The importance of PESTLE

When it comes to organisational culture its purpose is to identify the key factors of the organisation or workplace to separate them and learn how to approach it with strategy, making it easier to identify each point and learn more about its functions.

For example, if it’s from a political or economic standpoint we can identify the importance and its strengths to utilise it in the workplace and we can also learn the weakness within those topics, giving us a perspective on how approach each meaning of the word, to simplify it.

PESTLE provides clarity on what risks that will come and improve your decision making on how to manage those risks, providing a strategy that can ensure that your targets are realistic and achievable in the workplace, allowing us to adapt in the workplace regardless of the situation.

Dear Brian,

My Opinion. The difference in work place culture - organisation A&B.

Both organisations might look similar but they have a lot of differences towards both the staffs and the organisation itself.

I will write concerning organisation "B" which gives a lot of opportunity to the staffs development and learning from their mistakes through cooperation and supportive flexibility culture.

However this will increase all hand on deck idea and innovation deriving a long term success.

In my view of conclusion, any culture that embraces rules and discourage change or flexibility might not be able to achieve cooperational success.
