Yes workplace culture , influences how people work day in and day out. If employees feel respected, listened to and motivated, they usually work better, collaborate more easily and stay longer in the company. If the environment is toxic, stress, conflicts and decreased productivity occur. In the long run, a good culture helps the company achieve better results ,for that if he whant to be respected , you must to respect others.
