by Nelu-Egiziu Soare.

Yes workplace culture , influences how people work day in and day out. If employees feel respected, listened to and motivated, they usually work better, collaborate more easily and stay longer in the company. If the environment is toxic, stress, conflicts and decreased productivity occur. In the long run, a good culture helps the company achieve better results ,for that if he whant to be respected , you must to respect others.

by Madalina Jecicu.

yes is relevant, because workplace culture has a big impact in employee performance.

organisation A is very strict, follows exact rules, avoids risk, focuses on individual work.
Organisation B is so flexible, and more team-work related, encourages risk-taking and five opportunity to try so much diversity.
Workplace culture affects performance, in A we have rules to follow, and strict from any point of situation, here you need to be very professional and work pointed, stability and accountability. B is very friendly, team work is very important, give so many opportunities.
