由“Koo Joey”.

High context culture usually use communication that focuses on underlying context, meaning instead of the word them. On the other hand, low context culture will have communications to be explicitly stated. If one company is from a high context culture and the other company is from a low context culture, both of them might unable to understand well due to the way they send out the information is different.

由“Minjie Feng”.

High-context culture mainly relies on context to transmit information. Therefore, both sides of communication have an information transmission procedure set in advance before communication, such as common customs, values and social axioms. Low-context cultures, on the other hand, mainly rely on information coding to convey information and pay attention to the logicality of language expression in communication, but have a low dependence on context. Therefore, people in low-context cultures regard the revertive expression as disrespect to communication itself. Different contexts determine their different ways of expression in cultural communication. People in low-context culture like to express their thoughts and opinions directly and frankly, and are not good at guessing what the other person thinks according to the context. However, in high-context culture, people prefer to express themselves in a tactful and obscure way, and take more into account the feelings and feelings of the other party in order to avoid embarrassment caused by direct communication.

由“Zihan Jing”.

Companies in high context countries will be more concise in their negotiations, stating their own ideas and the interests of both parties. Low context countries will be more tactful and will negotiate based on their own experience and intuition
